We were recommended Lisa by some friends and as soon as we contacted her she was professional, friendly and very helpful. Especially because when we called her we had just spontaneously put an offer on a house and she had not previously been contacted by us for information etc.

I had saved up a deposit for years with the one bank, so naturally when I wanted to get a home loan, I went directly to them. I got pre-approved first, and then made an offer on a property. The bank’s valuation went fine, but two days before the ‘subject to finance’ clause expired, the bank rejected the loan due to the number of units in the suburb.
